Fund Structure
Investors buy shares into a fund that acquires multiple cash-flowing assets across the country. Investors have ownership of all assets in the funds they are invested in.
Cash Flow
The assets we acquire generate revenue which is distributed to investors on a pro-rata basis on their ownership proportion of the fund.

Yes! We believe in the fund and feel that in order to be fully aligned with investors sponsors should invest their own money alongside their investors.
