Items you can upload – Pick 1:

1. Brokerage Statement, Retirement Account, Bank Statement showing assets in excess of $1MM.

2. A letter from a registered broker-dealer, an investment adviser registered with the SEC, a licensed attorney who is in good standing, or a Certified Public Accountant stating that you are an accredited investor.

3. A Form W-2, Form 1099, Schedule K-1 to form 1065, Form 1040, or other satisfactory IRS form for each of the preceding two years showing the threshold level of income of over $200,000 annually or $300,000 combined income with your spouse.

If we have an existing letter on file for you that is less than 90 days old, you can skip this step.
